Look At Us is a non-denominational, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that prohibits discrimination of any kind, including that based upon race, color, national origin, religion, sex, physical or mental disability, age, medical condition (injury or genetic characteristics), ancestry, marital status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, political beliefs, or status as a covered veteran.
Look At Us relies solely upon the generosity of its donors – individuals, corporations, foundations and the like – to fund patient care, education, awareness and support.
Look At Us is exclusively focused on the physical and emotional well-being of children and young adults with craniofacial disorders due to birth anomaly or injury. Education, advocacy and support (including financial assistance to disadvantaged families) are the three pillars upon which LAU is built, and we will be an ever-present voice raising awareness of craniofacial differences. Whether funding reconstructive surgeries domestically and abroad, providing medical devices – like hearing aids – to kids in need, or helping families touched by craniofacial issues navigate the seemingly uncertain roads ahead of them, LAU will remain an invaluable resource and hub of inspiration, empowerment and hope.
Our Alliance
LAU has in place an alliance of the world’s most outstanding doctors – surgeons, pediatricians, ENT’s – other ancillary providers (including psychologists, occupational therapists and orthodontists), like-minded organizations and donors all assembled to educate, support, counsel and care for craniofacial patients and their families.
